However, instead of attending school and playing with friends, she is spending her days in Poona Hospital & Research Centre, Pune, fighting for her life. The total cost of her treatment is ₹3,00,000, an amount that her family, struggling with extreme financial constraints, cannot afford.

Srushti’s Condition: A Battle on Two Fronts

Srushti is suffering from two serious blood disorders:

1. Factor 1 Fibrinogen Deficiency: A rare and life-threatening disorder where the blood lacks fibrinogen, a protein necessary for clotting. This makes her highly vulnerable to uncontrolled bleeding, internal hemorrhages, and complications from even minor injuries. Without proper treatment, she faces severe bleeding episodes, organ damage, and a constant threat to her life.

2. Thalassemia Minor: A genetic blood disorder that affects the production of hemoglobin, leading to chronic anemia, fatigue, and weakness. Though considered a milder form of Thalassemia, in combination with Fibrinogen Deficiency, it further weakens her fragile body, making her dependent on regular medical interventions.

Srushti comes from a very financially challenged background. Her father, Mr. Shitalkumar Palange, earns a meager yearly income that barely covers their basic household expenses. With the burden of daily survival already weighing on them, arranging ₹3,00,000 for Srushti’s treatment is an impossible challenge for the family.
